IT Engineer

I'm an IT Engineer with 5 years of experience across endpoint management, identity and access, and Microsoft 365 administration in enterprise environments supporting thousands of users and devices. I work best when I can own a project end to end, from planning and engineering through rollout and documentation, and I'm happiest when automation retires a manual process for good.

Today I'm at Old Republic Title, helping run an enterprise Microsoft Intune program across several thousand Windows endpoints and virtual desktops. I've converted 900+ Group Policy settings into Intune and led Office architecture upgrades across 3,000+ machines with a 99.5% success rate.

Before that, at Patriot Growth Insurance Services, I built a PowerShell, Microsoft Graph, and Exchange Online pipeline that carried a company-wide domain rebrand across 200+ offices. I also rebuilt Azure Virtual Desktop as Entra ID-joined, Intune-enrolled infrastructure, led the Windows 10 to 11 upgrade, and moved acquired companies off Google Workspace, Dropbox, and ShareFile into Microsoft 365.

Outside of work I spend my time kayaking Florida's freshwater springs, wrangling Nyx (Belgian Malinois), Mildred, and Winifred (miniature dachshunds), and keeping 8 opinionated chickens happy.
